First release for QGIS featuring full FGDC symbol-set for planetary geology

Dr. Alessandro Frigeri has pushed the first release (targeting QGIS 3.x), which includes all the FGDC symbols needed for creating planetary geologic maps. The gsymblib is a library and development environment for producing geologic symbols to be used in the QGIS desktop GIS. For more information see: https://github.com/afrigeri/geologic-symbols-qgis
