Theme on Mars Expanded

The IAU Working Group for Planetary System Nomenclature has approved the expansion of the theme for "other features" on Mars to include using the name of a nearby crater, if no nearby albedo feature name is available. Theme expansion was necessary because in some areas of Mars all available albedo feature names have been used.
