[1781-1800'] Limestone, principally sublithographic, tan, few interbedded zones, more coarsely crystalline and more dolomitic, rather abundant greenish-gray argillaceous partings throughout, estimate dipping at approximately 10°; little light bluish-gray chert as irregular nodules and patches, few places somewhat brecciated in appearance due to recrystallization, darker pray chert nodules appear well banded, very sandy at 1794.5.
