- Upon your arrival at the hotel inform the desk clerk that you are attending the PDS Management Council Meeting; please provide your credit card at check-in.
- Check-in is Tuesday, June 6, 2016 & Check-out is Thursday, June 9, 2016 at the government per diem rate of $124 (plus taxes). It is imperative that you contact Annie Rattanaphone immediately if you do not need hotel accomodations or if you need to make any changes to these reservations.

Continental breakfast starting at 7:30 a.m. and light refreshments in the afternoon at 2:30 p.m. will be provided during the meeting days.

Daily low temperatures range from 39°F to 48°F, falling below 32°F or exceeding 56°F only one day in ten.
